Sachet is interested in development economics and hopes to apply tools from industrial organization to answer questions important to development. Within development, he has interest in topics of education and environment. He grew up in India and first came to the United States to attend college. Between college and graduate school, he worked as a research assistant for development economists at Northwestern University.
