Coly is interested in public and urban economics as applied to questions of climate change adaptation and mitigation. She has a bachelor's degree from Williams College in economics and mathematics. Before coming to Harvard, she was a research assistant with the Princeton Program in Public Finance. She has also conducted research as part of the Voting Rights Data Institute and the Treasury Department Office of Economic Policy.
