"Optimal Unilateral Carbon Policy" by David Weisbach, Samuel Kortum, and Michael Wang, paper presentation co-hosted by Harvard Environmental Economics Program

The Harvard Environmental Economics Program co-hosted, along with our colleagues at Yale University and the University of California at Berkeley, a presentation based on a paper by David Weisbach (University of Chicago), Samuel Kortum (Yale University), and Michael Wang (Northwestern University). The paper, “Optimal Unilateral Carbon Policy” was presented by Samuel Kortum over video conference on Wednesday, April 15.
