Todd’s interests lie at the intersection of energy and environmental economics, public economics, and industrial organization. Todd obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2010. He is a recipient of the EPA STAR Fellowship and a Truman Scholar. Before beginning doctoral studies, Todd worked at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and Resources for the Future.
