Sounman Hong is the Underwood Distinguished Professor at Yonsei University in South Korea. His research focuses on how to achieve a more efficient, responsive, and accountable public administration. He holds an MPP and Ph.D. degrees from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Yonsei University. Sounman is the recipient of numerous research awards including the Beryl Radin Award from the Public Management Research Association and Carlo Masini Award from the Academy of Management Meetings. He currently serves as an editorial board member of the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory.
