Shweta Bhogale

Shweta's interests lie at the intersection of organizational economics and political economy in the context of common pool resources, particularly water. At Harvard, her research focusedĀ on the geographical and administrative determinants of water conservation investments by rural communities in India. Shweta holds a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, and a Masters in International and Development Economics from Yale University. Before joining the PhD, she spent 3 years as a Research Assistant at the Jameel Poverty Action Lab and worked on agriculture and infrastructure-related research in Sub-Saharan Africa.
