Marcos Barrozo is interested in the intersections of energy and environmental economics with economic development. In particular, he is interested in large energy infrastructure projects and their impacts in developing economies. Marcos holds a B.A. in economics from Middlebury College, where he was awarded the D. K. Smith Prize for his thesis on highway infrastructure in Nigeria. Prior to beginning his Ph.D., Marcos was an Analyst at Analysis Group in Boston, where he provided litigation support on major economic antitrust lawsuits.
