Fei Yu is a Deputy Representative at the North American Representative Office at the Asian Development Bank. She was previously an Assistant Professor of Economics at Colby College, Maine. Her research has focused on emissions trading, the health impact of pollution, voluntary business environmental programs, and cost benefit analysis.
