Giant Sunshades on the Horizon to Combat Climate Change

Martin Weitzman, a Faculty Fellow of the Harvard Environmental Economics Program, was recently featured in articles in two New Zealand publications, Business Day and Business.Scoop, regarding his views on climate change. Weitzman talks about geo-engineering tactics to curb the effects of greenhouse gas emissions in the article, "Giant sunshades on the horizon to combat climate change." In the Business Day article, "Erratic swings from denial to catastrophe," Weitzman speaks of the benefit of taxing carbon as a realistic policy approach to several environmental problems.
