Erich Muehlegger, a Faculty Fellow of the Harvard Environmental Economics Program, along with Assistant Professor Shanjun Li of Cornell University and Resources for the Future Fellow, Joshua Linn, have released a HEEP Discussion Paper detailing the effects of gasoline taxes on personal consumption and purchasing behavior.
