Trang is interested in research at the intersection of corporate governance and climate finance & management. Her research focuses on evaluating firms' strategies in decarbonization, understanding ESG disclosure, and investigating shareholder actions that influence firms' climate-related performance. Some of her works explore the association between the diffusion of climate-related incentives among managers and firms' decarbonization efforts, along with the effects of extreme weather on household and firm outcomes. She is affiliated with the Climate and Sustainability Impact Lab at the Digital Data Design Institution at Harvard and holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Clark University.
