Alexander Wagner is a Swiss Finance Institute Professor of Finance at the University of Zurich. He obtained his PhD in Political Economy from Harvard University and studied economics and law in his hometown Linz, Austria. His research focuses on corporate governance and behavioral finance. He served as an independent counsel for PwC and as the chairman of a proxy advisor.
