 The Harvard Environmental Economics Program co-hosted, along with our colleagues at Yale University and the University of California at Berkeley, a presentation based on a paper by Kenneth Gillingham and Marten Ovaere. The paper, "The Heterogeneous Value of Solar and Wind Energy: Empirical Evidence from the United States and Europe” was presented by Gillingham over video conference on Wednesday, May 13.
