#  HEEP Pre-Doctoral Fellow Receives Crump Fellowship

HEEP Pre-Doctoral Fellow [Samuel Stolper](/people/samuel-stolper) was awarded the 2014-2015 [Joseph Crump Fellowship](http://belfercenter.hks.harvard.edu/project/43/environment_and_natural_resources.html?page_id=433) to pursue research on natural resource issues. Sam will be collaborating with the Regulatory Policy Project (RPP) and the Environment and Natural Resources Program (ENRP) at the Harvard Kennedy School. [Professor Joseph Aldy](/people/joseph-aldy), Faculty Chair of RPP and HEEP Faculty Fellow, will be advising Sam throughout the process.
