Erich Muehlegger, a Faculty Fellow of the Harvard Environmental Economics Program, along with Assistant Professor [Shanjun Li](http://dyson.cornell.edu/people/profiles/li.php) of Cornell University and Resources for the Future Fellow, [Joshua Linn](http://www.rff.org/Researchers/Pages/ResearchersBio.aspx?ResearcherID=1812), have released a HEEP Discussion Paper detailing the effects of gasoline taxes on personal consumption and purchasing behavior.
