 The Harvard Environmental Economics Program co-hosted, along with our colleagues at Yale University and the University of California at Berkeley, a presentation based on a paper by [Steve Cicala](https://home.uchicago.edu/~scicala/) (University of Chicago), David Hemous (University of Zurich), and Morten Olsen (University of Copenhagen). The paper, “[Adverse Selection as a Policy Instrument: Unraveling Climate Change](/file_url/993)” was presented by Steve Cicala over video conference on Wednesday, April 29. Cicala is a former Pre-Doctoral Fellow of the Harvard Environmental Economics Program.
