The Harvard Environmental Economics Program co-hosted, along with our colleagues at Yale University and the University of California at Berkeley, a presentation based on a paper by Billy Pizer and Bobby Harris of the Sanford School and Nicholas Institute at Duke University. The paper, “Using Carbon Taxes to Meet an Emissions Target” was presented by Pizer and Harris over video conference on Wednesday, April 22. Pizer is a former [Pre-Doctoral Fellow](/people/people-type/alumni-pre-doctoral-fellows) of the Harvard Environmental Economics Program. A captioned recording of the talk is available, as well as a copy of the slides that Professor Pizer used.
