Jonathan Baker

As a HEEP Pre-Doctoral Fellow, Jonathan studied environmental economics with a specific interest in water policy. His dissertation evaluated a water conservation rebate program in Las Vegas and explored the impacts of a national information disclosure policy on drinking water quality. Before beginning his doctoral studies, Jonathan received a masters degree from Purdue where he studied fluid power systems, and a second masters in Technology and Policy from MIT where he explored water resources within the context of large scale (CGE) economic models. He received his bachelors degree in physics from Davidson College.
