Dale W. Jorgenson is the Samuel W. Morris University Professor. He has been a professor at Harvard since 1969. He was appointed in the department of economics until 2002 when he received an appointment as a University Professor entitling him to teach across disciplinary and school boundaries. Professor Jorgenson has been the director of the Program on Technology and Economic Policy at the Center for Business and Government since 1984.
